Job Summary
Executive leadership role overseeing multiple home health and hospice agencies in Ohio. Responsible for strategic and operational leadership, supervision of Executive Directors and site leadership teams, driving census growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance, quality metrics, patient outcomes, and operational performance. Partner with other executives on strategic planning, regional growth, and market expansion; manage labor and cost containment, and drive financial results. Strong background in senior multi-site leadership within home health (hospice preferred) and a track record of leading regulatory compliance and growth initiatives in the Ohio healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required)
- Hospice leadership experience preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years overseeing multiple locations or regional operations
- Proven experience driving census growth, operational performance, and financial results
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams and mentor site-level leadership
- Knowledge of the Ohio healthcare market preferred
