Job Summary
Senior executive-level role leading operations for multiple home health and hospice agencies in the Chicago area. Responsibilities include providing executive-level leadership and strategic oversight, supporting Regional Vice Presidents and site leadership teams, driving census growth and regional business development, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, maintaining and improving quality metrics and patient outcomes, overseeing financial performance including labor management, budgeting, and cost containment, and leading operational initiatives to improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational performance. Collaboration with the executive leadership on strategic planning, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives. Requires senior leadership experience in home health with hospice leadership preferred, and a track record of managing multi-site or regional operations within the Chicago/Illinois healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required)
- Hospice leadership experience preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years overseeing multi-site or regional operations
- Proven experience driving census growth, operational performance, and financial results
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services
- Demonstrated ability to lead regional leadership teams and mentor Executive Directors
- Knowledge of the Chicago and greater Illinois healthcare market preferred
