Job Summary
Lead and execute community sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth in a senior living community. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in; develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and community partners; conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families; track and manage leads, inquiries, and conversion metrics through the CRM system; collaborate with the Executive Director and regional leadership on occupancy and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in senior living sales, admissions, or marketing leadership
- Experience in Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals
- Knowledge of senior living market dynamics and referral development strategies
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills
