Job Summary
Executive Director – Senior Living position in Los Angeles, CA with Full Spectrum Search Group. Leads senior living community operations, staff oversight, regulatory compliance, budget management, occupancy development, and marketing strategies for an established non-profit senior living operator. Requires 2+ years of Executive Director experience in senior living, licensure eligibility, and strong leadership and communication capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
- Experience in Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain required state licensure
- Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities: Oversee all staff and staff-related responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance management
- Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality care and services for all residents
- Responsibilities: Maintain strong communication with residents and their families
- Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures
