Job Summary
Executive Director for a New York, NY senior living community. Lead all staff with hiring, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality resident care and strong communication with residents and families. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures. Develop, maintain, and manage the community operations budget and lead occupancy development initiatives and community marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
- Experience in Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain required state licensure
- Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
