Job Summary
Lead and execute community sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth; manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in; develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and community partners; conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families; track and manage leads, inquiries, and conversion metrics through the CRM system; collaborate with the Executive Director and regional leadership on occupancy and revenue goals; position is with a prestigious nationwide non-profit senior living operator in San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in senior living sales, admissions, or marketing leadership
