Job Summary
Executive IT leader to define strategy, modernization, and operations of enterprise IT across a distributed national healthcare platform. Responsibilities include overseeing cloud platforms, networking, identity systems, unified communications, and end-user systems; ensuring reliability, security, and performance; driving incident, change, and disaster recovery processes; managing budgets and vendor partnerships; and leading and mentoring directors, managers, and technical infrastructure teams to scale infrastructure for growth in home health, hospice, and senior living sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience
- 7+ years in senior infrastructure leadership roles
- Experience managing large, distributed enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong expertise across cloud platforms, networking architecture, identity systems, and infrastructure operations
- Proven experience leading infrastructure transformation or modernization initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills and financial management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams
