Job Summary
Direct high-level business development to SNF operators, securing enterprise agreements and driving end-to-end deal cycles from executive outreach to contracting and launch. Leverage relationships with corporate and regional decision-makers, coordinate with internal implementation/partner-success teams, and navigate value-based care programs (including iSNP, Medicare Advantage, and ACO initiatives) to accelerate contracted-bed growth. Proficient in Salesforce, CRM-driven forecasting, and building scalable growth across multi-state operator groups while traveling 40–50% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven BD success selling to SNF operators (corporate decision makers)
- Existing relationships across multi-facility operator groups in the Northeast, Southeast, and/or Midwest
- Comfortable traveling and living in executive conversations
- Strong business acumen: understands value-based care, readmission dynamics, and clinical outcomes in SNF environments
- Operates with process and discipline (CRM adoption, forecasting, funnel conversion)
