Job Summary
Manage department daily operations, including planning, ordering, and organizing shelves to ensure product freshness and full stock. Coordinate with store management to design promotion plans and meet sales targets while controlling inventory movement and directing physical counts. Supervise department employees by providing schedules, managing attendance, and conducting coaching, training, and performance reviews. Maintain a safe, clean workplace and handle poultry shipments by examining quantity and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 1 3 years of experience in related fields
- 1 year of management/supervisor experience
- Work in an environment with varying temperature and use equipment
- Require lifting 25+ lbs objects and long periods of standing
- Must be able to work at a flexible schedule (night, weekends & holidays) and relocate if necessary
- Must be able to travel between different stores for training purposes
- Capable of reading, analyzing, interpreting technical procedures and training materials
- Able to speak, write, present, commute, and respond to information and questions
- Great interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, mass and volume
- Commit to company values and customer services
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old
- Weekend & Holiday required
- 6 days a week
- Overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with inventory management programs, Microsoft Office, IT retail, or SAP
- Bilingual English, Chinese, and Spanish
