Execute company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA's strategy of achieving and maintaining a dominant market share in the baking industry. Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill 100% of customers' supply needs while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Travel within an assigned local territory approximately 90–100% of the time, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Utilize company systems to manage accounts, track sales activity, and support reporting requirements. Base salary of no less than $60k/year plus sales plan to move to 100% commission within six months. Baking industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
