Job Summary
Senior Manager – Manufacturing leads end-to-end VSM operations from cutting to finishing to ensure on-time shipment of products meeting customer specifications, while controlling overhead costs and ensuring Health & Safety compliance. Plan, develop and execute strategy to achieve targets for the VSM function; drive production targets across cutting, production and finishing; ensure product quality meets customer specs; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives; improve overall production output and capability of the VSM function; lead and manage the VSM team.
Required Qualifications
- Masters/Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering/ Clothing Technology
- 8 to 10+ years of experience and minimum 3 years heading production for a large Plant
