Job Summary
Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner to improve patient functional independence in home and ALF settings. Provide skilled therapy for geriatric clientele while communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members. Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. You may make your own schedule and select patient assignments. Requires an active Physical Therapist Assistant license, an associate degree, and two years of clinical experience. Competitive pay of $90 per treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
