Job Summary
Ottawa University Kansas Campus invites applications for a full-time, 9-month Visiting Computer Science Faculty position focused on developing and teaching a wide range of undergraduate courses. The faculty member will engage in academic mentoring, collaborate with academic advising, and contribute to program development. Responsibilities include maintaining high teaching standards, participating in curriculum assessment, and engaging in university governance. Candidates should possess a Master's in computer science, with a Doctorate preferred, along with teaching experience and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in computer science
- Three years of higher education experience, preferably in a residential liberal arts setting, and/or five years of industry experience

- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow university faculty
- Ability to teach effectively in an undergraduate classroom
- Ability to be flexible in adjusting to and responding to both student and local university needs
