9-12th Title I Reading Teacher

Teach as the teacher of record for core content in an online K-12 setting at OHDELA, delivering highly effective live lessons via web conference and monitoring progress in asynchronous courses. Create course setups within the LMS, differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, and regularly communicate with families. Collaborate with the Principal to prepare progress reports and make data-driven instructional adjustments; participate in planning non-instructional activities and travel as needed for annual in-person state testing. Requires an active Ohio teaching license, knowledge of state standards/Common Core, strong communication skills, and ability to supervise students in various settings. Travel to support required face-to-face state testing annually; position entails virtual instruction with periodic in-person attendance several times per year and is open to Ohio residents.
