Job Summary
As the teacher of record and primary instructor in all core content areas for a K-12 online school, deliver highly effective live web conferences, differentiate instruction, monitor progress in asynchronous courses, provide daily feedback/grades, and collaborate with the Principal to prepare Progress Reports. Plan and implement course setups in the LMS, integrate culturally responsive teaching, and communicate regularly with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth. Travel to support required face-to-face state testing annually and attend in-person student events. Open to Ohio residents; online instruction occurs virtually with travel several times per year. Requires Ohio teaching license; preferred two years’ teaching experience. Responsibilities include data-driven instructional adjustments, implementing school-wide culture norms, and leveraging 21st-century technology skills in daily practice. Salary between $43,000–$51,000 annually.
