Job Summary
EC Teacher plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings; develops and implements IEPs, adapts curriculum for an inclusive environment, and coordinates with parents and a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and maintain records, while delivering direct and indirect instructional support and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program
- NC certification in Exceptional Children (or eligible)
- Valid NC driver’s license
