Job Summary
8th grade Social Studies Pre-AP Teacher needed to implement state standards and IDEA curricula, master and deliver grade-level content, and assess student learning. Responsibilities include submitting weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance, conducting formal and informal assessments, updating gradebook, communicating student progress weekly with families, using technology as a communication/education tool, implementing a consistent behavior management system, fostering a positive school culture, hosting tutoring sessions, and participating in weekly meetings and after-school duties. Minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week.
