Job Summary
Lead the 8th Grade Girls Basketball program by guiding athlete development, training, and competition while fostering a Christlike and sportsmanlike team culture. Demonstrate Christian discipleship to student-athletes, instruct them on strategies and training for individual and team goals, and supervise all participants. Manage off-season engagement and practice/event preparation, maintaining professional relationships with parents, school staff, and community partners. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of basketball experience, and a commitment to Christian education. Seasonal role with no benefits.

- Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time while working with a PC
- Must be able to move supplies, copier paper, up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to traverse campus, which includes paved areas and basketball courts
- Must be able to use computer and other audio-visual equipment
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be able to discern low volume sounds
- Must be able to assist children for health and safety reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
