Senior SecOps Incident Response Automation Engineer to help build a new SOAR automation program and incident response platform. Responsibilities include designing and implementing automated SOC response tools and workflows using Torq (or similar), building incident response playbooks, automating a wide range of manual processes, and supporting the on-call response team. The role emphasizes autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with experience in SIEM/SOAR automation, API integrations, scripting, data manipulation, and a fintech/regulatory environment preferred. Remote work is available for LATAM, with a focus on building a scalable automation capability from the ground up.
