Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs while leading technical delivery across engineering workstreams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews. Participate in architecture discussions and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Requires 8+ years of experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go with AWS cloud-native services and microservices architecture. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go)
- Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, Step Functions)
- Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in media, ad tech, or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tooling
- Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
