Job Summary
Provide training, education, career counseling and job placement services to a broad range of customers in the CareerSource system. Services include basic and individualized career services under WIOA Title III; greet customers, provide information on labor market trends and employer needs, refer/administer assessments, evaluate education/work history/language ability, assist with job searches and resume updates, conduct workshops on interviewing and effective job searching, promote services to eliminate barriers to employment, and coordinate with community resources while maintaining records and promoting program participation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: The incumbent must possess or obtain certification as a workforce Professional within 12 months of employment.
- Required to travel locally and must furnish own transportation.
