Job Summary
Manage store operations to ensure sales goals are met by overseeing budget, controlling expenses, growing revenue, and managing inventory. Protect customers, associates, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies while maintaining a pristine store appearance. Lead and inspire the team to deliver custom-fit hair and beauty solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with an unforgettable experience. This role requires at least three years of customer service or retail sales experience, one year of sales management background, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
