Job Summary
Assistant Store Managers are key to developing and leading store associates to enhance customer experiences and manage store operations while adhering to brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily associate activities, engaging in hiring and training processes, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing inventory and payroll. This role requires effective communication, a strong focus on team development, and the ability to drive business metrics through strategic planning and execution. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant retail experience, and management experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
