Job Summary
Oversee shift operations for a Domino's store, including cost controls, inventory and cash handling, and customer relations. Enforce company policy and procedures and lead the crew to ensure food safety protocols and high service standards. Responsible for modeling leadership behavior, training team members, and maintaining performance during hungry-hour rushes. Opportunities for advancement toward General Manager through performance-based progression. Must be at least 18 years old. Location: Richmond, CA. Job is in-person with typical part-time/full-time hours. Compensation referenced as California pay disclosure: pay rate is the applicable minimum wage rate plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Required Qualifications
