Job Summary
Prepare soil and water crops, then plant, fertilize, thin, and harvest produce. Sort, weigh, and pack vegetables at the farm. Move boxes, supplies, and products; clean racks, trays, and harvest containers; and maintain general farm and equipment. Assist in preparing garden beds and write daily harvest progress and inventory reports. No specific education or training required. Hourly wage is $17–$22.
