Job Summary
Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes, including system audits, garnishment handling, and staff supervision of timekeepers and clerks. Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate reporting for affirmative action, wage surveys, and FMLA tracking while maintaining database integrity. Provide strategic advisory support to the HR Director on grievances, policy questions, and compensation projects, while supervising reception, vending, and lunchroom operations. Maintain wellness programs, safety committees, and uniform rental oversight to support employee engagement and compliance across manufacturing plants and the distribution center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

- Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations and trends
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and related software programs
- National certification
- Must speak, read and write in English
- Conversational Spanish
