Monitor crop care processes to ensure animal and plant health, oversee planting and seasonal harvest operations, and manage infrastructure maintenance and supplies. Plan work schedules and operational workflows, ensuring compliance with safety, food security, and biological standards. Maintain quality control and production records, operating and repairing digital technologies such as automated milking systems and GPS tools. Hold a university or vocational degree in agriculture with extensive relevant experience; a First Aid certificate is an asset.
