Job Summary
Deliver agricultural service contracts including artificial insemination, pest control, livestock shearing, and crop harvesting while ensuring biosecurity and farm safety protocols. Manage and train laborers, negotiate service terms, and maintain financial records and quality control documentation. Supervise professional livestock and machinery operators, oversee breeding and crop programs, and monitor animal and plant welfare. Operate and repair digital tools such as robotic milking systems and GPS equipment. Develop work schedules and enforce safety, food safety, and security procedures. Maintain infrastructure and equipment through regular maintenance.
Required Qualifications
