Job Summary
Revenue Auditor I duties include performing daily revenue audits across gaming, food & beverage, and retail operations and validating gaming revenue (Slots, Cage, Table Games) as well as non-gaming revenue, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with SOPs and gaming regulations. The role involves identifying discrepancies, supporting issue resolution with operating departments, and maintaining thorough audit trails using systems such as Oasis, Infogenesis, and Agilysys Stay. This entry-level to growth-oriented position emphasizes accuracy, documentation quality, and the ability to expand technical scope in line with performance, with strong emphasis on analytical, communication, and professional-judgment skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Support License
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume events
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Excel and gaming/hospitality software
- Willingness to learn, follow established procedures, and apply policies consistently
- Experience or interest in finance, gaming operations, or related fields is preferred
