Job Summary
Account Manager for 81Eighty Uniforms reporting to the Business Manager. Responsible for managing client relationships, leading client calls and in-person meetings (travel as needed), coordinating with the Business Manager and cross-functional teams to develop line plans, manage open-to-buy and inventory position, and drive revenue and margins. Collaborates with merchandiser, marketing coordinator, e-commerce manager, and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests; ensures accurate and timely execution of programs from initial request to delivery; tracks sales/revenue performance; seeks new opportunities with assigned clients; assists in planning annual sales budgets. Requires 3+ years of account management experience and 1-2 years in retail buying/planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Hybrid work environment in Frisco, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience
- 1-2 years of retail buying and/or planning experience
- Demonstrates critical analytical skills
- Proven ability to create strong client relationships
- Proven ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments
- Ability to effectively present and sell solutions and strategies to the client
- Communicate clearly and effectively, detail oriented, and organized
