Job Summary
Engineering Change Manager for UPS product lines in Quartino. Analyze new ECNs for potential impact on Service, maintain a tracker for ECN affecting Service, lead meetings with Service stakeholders, track ECN updates and approve acceptable ECNs, oversee Service implementation of ECNs (including service news and spare-part updates), and provide technical support remotely or on-site across Service categories. Proactively improve the correctness, completeness, and effectiveness of the Service aspects of ECNs by collaborating with change managers and stakeholders. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years in UPS development/service), Windchill change management experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with spare parts workflows and service documentation. The work model is Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or 10 years in UPS development or service roles
- Experience with products manufactured in Quartino
- Experience with change management processes and related documentation
- Experience in Windchill change management system
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
