8-Way Hand Tie Specialist

Tie springs manually using the 8-way hand tie method and secure components into frames using manual and powered tools. Maintain an organized workstation and follow Lean Manufacturing practices while performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in 8-way hand tying, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Work Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4 pm and Friday from 6 am to 10 am, with overtime potentially required. Join the Spring Up team to contribute to their manufacturing operations.
