Job Summary
Conduct foot patrols and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, suspicious behavior, or security breaches. Observe and report incidents, communicate with local law enforcement or fire departments as necessary, and respond to requests for assistance. Operate mobile units to monitor exterior premises while maintaining proper vehicle maintenance, including vacuuming and car washing. Write detailed daily incident reports and complete all forms associated with patrol activities. Comply with on-site operations manuals and post orders, maintaining ethical standards and professional relationships with clients. This part-time weekend role at Northeast Security, Inc. in the Boston Seaport Area involves shifts such as 3:00pm–11:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays or 11:00pm–7:00am. Interviews are held in-person at the 8/29 hiring event in Boston, MA. Applicants must pass background and drug screenings, hold a high school diploma, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work outdoors patrolling the property as needed
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma
- Dependable means of transportation
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications
