7th Grade Science Teacher

Deliver instruction to 7th-grade students in science with daily prepared lesson plans aligned to NC standards. Maintain compliance with Board Policies, participate in required staff and student meetings, and complete required reports. Provide supervision for bus, cafeteria, playground, and extracurricular activities as assigned. Respond to parent inquiries in a timely and professional manner and manage student behavior to minimize disruption. Collaborate with administration and colleagues to ensure attainment of educational goals and standards-based outcomes; prepare emergency lesson plans for anticipated absences and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
