Job Summary
Teach 7th grade Pre-Algebra with standards-aligned IDEA curricula, delivering content and grade-level objectives, mastering and delivering core content, and using data to guide daily lesson plans. Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback; implement formal and informal assessments; track and communicate each student’s progress weekly with families; apply effective behavior management and foster a positive classroom culture. Additional duties include after-school tutoring or Saturday school as needed, hosting tutoring sessions, participating in weekly meetings, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in a K-12 setting; state certification is preferred but not required. The role involves working 40+ hours per week at the school in Fort Worth, TX, with potential relocation support offered.
Required Qualifications
