7th Grade Intervention Specialist *2026-27 School Year*

Intervention Specialist in a Catholic, non-public K-8 network (7th grade) operating in multiple Ohio campuses. Works in a co-teach model as a lead classroom teacher with another intervention specialist to support students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other learning challenges. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging instructional activities, developing schemes of work and lesson plans, establishing clear objectives, preparing and organizing materials, using diverse instructional resources and technology, instructing and monitoring student use of learning materials, observing and evaluating progress, maintaining accurate records, generating required reports (including IEPs and IEP progress reports), communicating with stakeholders, managing classroom behavior, participating in meetings with level teams and parents, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Requires a bachelor’s degree and an Ohio Intervention Specialist license or active licensure process; 2+ years of experience with the targeted student populations; adherence to diocesan and school policies. The salary starts at $46,000 and increases based on education and experience.
