7th Grade Boys Basketball Coach

Implement a successful 7th grade school program by conducting practices, games, and training sessions while effectively monitoring student-athlete academic progress and behavior. Serve as a liaison between administration, student-athletes, parents, and the community to foster positive relationships with the middle school coaching staff. Ensure smooth transitions for student-athletes progressing through the school program by instructing them on basketball rules, strategies, and fundamentals. Develop an effective supervision plan for student-athletes during after-school, early evening, and weekend hours, with previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
