Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse at Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte, NC. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state and federal nursing policies; assists in developing/implementing patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, and communicates concerns to the Clinical Unit Manager. Requires NC RN license and strong communication skills; emphasizes teamwork with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
