Job Summary
Converse with customers to confirm drink orders, key them into the point-of-sale system, and collect payments while correctly counting back change. Prepare all drinks and premixes, ensuring drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and music align with operational standards. Take full responsibility for shift energy, making necessary changes and communicating relevant developments regarding personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations to the stand management team. Assist with training and development of team members, maintaining a safe, healthy work environment through adherence to sanitation regulations and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
- Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
- Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
- Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
- Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
- Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
- Safely use a utility knife.
