Job Summary
Maintain and monitor the District's data dictionary; assist in design of system-wide data dictionary; assemble and update in-house database information related to the data dictionary; develop and disseminate user information to District personnel; coordinate user forms development and documentation standards; interact with information systems staff to coordinate database modifications; assist system developers with definition and compilation of user documentation; assist users in developing documentation for functional areas; coordinate documentation efforts with information systems units; ensure timely completion of documentation standards and processes; support data dictionary concepts, MIS and online systems, and effective communication of data processing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- associate's degree in computer science or related field
- three years increasingly responsible data processing experience
- must be able to pass criminal background check
- drug screen
- physical & TB risk assessment
