Job Summary
Quality Engineering Program Manager for Boeing's 737 program leading quality engineering teams across the product lifecycle. Develops and implements quality strategies and plans in support of program and business goals; coaches and manages resources; drives improvements through data-driven analysis, statistics, and problem-solving; maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners; ensures quality systems and producibility across programs; travels ~10% to Everett as needed to coordinate across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of root cause analysis and corrective action
- 3+ years of data collection, organization, and analysis; summarizing findings
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
