Job Summary
Unload and load shipping containers with a two-person team, earning piece-rate pay based on completed tasks rather than hourly wages. Palletize cargo and apply shrink wrap by hand while reading labels and SKU numbers accurately. Lift loads up to 175 lbs and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment while standing for extended periods. Work flexible on-call shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, until assigned containers are fully completed. Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience unloading/loading containers and palletizing
- Ability to lift 150–175 lbs. or more
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to read labels and SKU numbers accurately
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience shrink-wrapping pallets by hand
- Steel-toe boots or safety shoes
