Inspect formwork, subgrade, and rebar; guide concrete pouring to correct elevation. Fill depressions and remove protrusions to flatten freshly poured surfaces. Operate vibratory equipment to compact concrete, then screed and finish using tools or machinery. Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and thresholds into new concrete. Apply hardening compounds, waterproofing agents, or curing treatments. Repair, patch, and replace damaged floors, walls, roads, and structures. Requires high school diploma, two to four years vocational training, or over three years of concrete finishing experience.
