721-Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe handling, storage, and movement of materials. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading/unloading and moving materials, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing customer orders, organizing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with cycle counts and audits, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, following all safety policies, and supporting warehouse operations with team members. The role also involves assisting with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as needed. Typical qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred), forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, along with a basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.
