Job Summary
Security Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily security operations on the casino floor, hotel, and surrounding properties. Provides immediate leadership during shifts, responds to incidents, coordinates with law enforcement and EMS, mentors ambassadors, ensures compliance with casino policies and tribal regulations, conducts patrols, coordinates shift coverage, reviews incident reports, and maintains strong guest service and de-escalation practices. Requires strong communication, de-escalation skills, incident documentation, and the ability to train and coach staff while adhering to security procedures and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of casino, tribal, or law enforcement security experience required
- At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Proven experience responding to emergencies and resolving guest or personnel conflicts in a professional manner
