Job Summary
Lead the warehouse team by setting an example, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Direct daily operations, manage distribution, and oversee picking, packing, kitting, and shipping to maintain 99.7% on-time shipping and 99.9% order accuracy. Supervise employees on a daily basis, coach them on performance, and maintain shift records and reports. Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers while handling frequent lifting and repetitive movements in a temperature-variable environment. Drive key performance indicators and coordinate workload demands to ensure on-time delivery. Utilize strong communication skills to counsel staff and build a culture of teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- at least one to two years of leadership experience
- three years in warehousing, distribution, or a related field
- EDI experience
- Retail compliance
- SPS Commerce
- skilled in all MS Office products
- ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
- close vision
- distance vision
- peripheral vision
- good depth perception
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch
- ability to use hands and feet simultaneously

Desired Qualifications
