Greet customers, answer inquiries, and scan orders accurately while following all cash handling procedures. Identify products properly, bag items, and process online orders according to company protocols. Handle returns and exchanges in compliance with policies, manage customer suggestions and complaints, and maintain clean work areas. Review, create, and apply new batches, updating prices in the system and ensuring correct labeling. Perform other duties as needed for business operations. Walk-in applicants may apply at the customer service counter or call to schedule an interview.
