Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness. Participate in store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, accepting constructive feedback and cross-training as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs at this HomeGoods store in Gainesville, GA, with a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
