Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising procedures, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Flexible schedule required to support business needs.
