Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to support business needs across multiple areas while upholding merchandising philosophy and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule to support business requirements. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
